Hollis is a high-performing, innovative and passionate leader with over 20 years of Merchandising, Brand Management, Marketing, Business Development and Operations experience in the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods & Energy segments. His professional career includes managing $1B+ businesses across Fortune 100, world leading companies in their sector - Target, Procter & Gamble and BP.
Hollis helped develop the segmented strategy and rapid rollout of Target's Small Format stores throughout college campuses and urban neighborhoods. This included leading the Merchandising Strategy and Brand Partnerships of Target's flagship stores at Herald Square in NYC and on the Vegas Strip. His passion for Brand Building and Strategic Partnerships includes a Target exclusive Tide laundry detergent line in partnership with P&G in addition to a myriad of other innovative launches with companies like Clorox, Nestle Purina, Method & Seventh Generation.
Hollis received his M.B.A. from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He resides in Nashville with his wife.
